CHICKS FIGTH OVER A GUY IN A CLUB

Its regular to hear guys threaten each other over a girl and when you see the girl in question, you go wow,-but the guys this days are even saying no girl is worth their neck. the turn right now is for the chicks and this is kind of crazy. some analyst say the quest to not just fight over snatching of boy friends is mostly base on the capability of the guy to make her feel like a woman. the capability comes in two ways -emotional and most importantly finance- some weeks back i was going to Abuja as early as 5am and i saw two chicks dragging them self on the streets around mararaba, my guest was that a friend caught her friend at her boy friends crib. don't know how they end the fight cos the traffic was something else, but right here in NSUK, we got thousand of it going on. When will these girls learn, can you imagine fighting over a man @ a club?..and do you think a reasonable man in his right senses will pick any of these girls...???

HOD GET INITIATED

OK...yesterday i was hanging out arroun IYA BASHIRA & considering if i should go grab some swallow or follow a friend who was busy boiling rice -she turned me down and i walked away to help myself. as i was about taking a bike, i saw the HOD of a department in the faculty of social sciences walking military style with a staff beside him. all students who recognized him were wondering what was happening. you dont expect to see your lecturer walk taht way in the night wearing a short, t-shirt & a sneakers. definately some thing is up his sleeves. i curiously ignore d bike and followed him, but he walked fast as he approached a dark corner at the extreme end of angwan lambu. that place is dangerous, but am tempted to say he is seeking initiation

NSUK GOSSIPLYN WELCOME ON BOARD AS WE CELEBRATE 10 YEARS ANNIVERSARY

NASARAWA STATE UNIVERSITY, KEFFI, was established under the Nasarawa State Law No. 2 of 2001 as passed by the State House of Assembly. The University came into being under the visionary and dynamic administration of Governor (Dr.) Abdullahi Adamu (Sarkin Yakin Keffi, Aare Obateru of the source, Ile-Ife), the first democratically elected Governor of Nasarawa State. The aim of establishing the University was, fundamentally, to provide an avenue for the indigenes of Nasarawa State to pursue and acquire University education, which in the long run, would prepare the graduates, and equip them with adequate skills needed for the development of the state and the country at large. Consequently, Governor Adamu was then “propelled by the burning desire to proffer solution to the subsisting problem of grave dearth in the supply of human endeavor that confronts our young states.” Accordingly, the Nasarawa State government then organized an education summit on the desirability or otherwise of a state University. The educational summit came out with a conclusion that a Nasarawa State University is not only desirable, but also timely. Furthermore, Governor Abdullahi Adamu also set up a Technical Advisory Committee of experts on tertiary education to advise the government on a State University. The report of the committee was quite instructive and, which indeed, buttressed the unwavering conviction of the Administration for a State University. Finally, in February 2002, after all ground work was concluded and logistics were put in place, the Nasarawa State University was born and sited in Keffi at the defunct College of Arts, Science and Technology (CAST). The University officially took off for effective academic activities following the appointment of an interim administrator (Vice Chancellor), Professor Adamu Baikie. Today, despite all odds associated with the take-off of a University, Nasarawa State University is on a solid foundation. The institution, under the able leadership of Professor Adamu Baikie (CON) and his lieutenants, has become a reference point with regards to proper procedure and practice in the University system in Nigeria. Accordingly, the vision that propelled the establishment of Nasarawa State University is the greatest historical milestone in the educational evolution of Nasarawa State and its people. It is, therefore, the most laudable and everlasting legacy the Abdullahi Adamu-led Government has bequeathed to its people. Welcome to Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK). Vision “To be a World Class Centre of Excellence for the development of the individual and the society”. Mission “To encourage and enable individuals to develop their full potentials by providing qualitative and stimulating learning environment encompassing a wide range of relevant educational activities for efficient, dedicated and selfless service to the state, the nation and humanity”. Philosophy “The University believes in excellence, creativity, productivity and freedom of conscience for the advancement of the individual and humanity”.
